Refunds
There is a fourteen-day trial with everything switched on, so you should know before you pay. If you paid anyway and it was a mistake, that is fine.
Email PLACEHOLDER@EXAMPLE.COM with the order number from your receipt, within 30 days of purchase. You do not have to give a reason and you will not be asked for one.
Paddle is the merchant of record for every sale and processes the refund to your original payment method. It typically appears within five to ten business days depending on your bank. Your licence key stops being valid for future versions; nothing reaches into your machine to disable the copy you have.
Nothing here reduces the rights you have where you live. Buyers in the UK and EU have a statutory right to cancel digital purchases, which Paddle administers as seller of record.
